گزارش نخستین نشست معرفی کتاب "گاندی" اثر بیکهو پارخ ترجمه دکتر حجت اله جوانی مورخ 12 دی ماه 1400

گروه پژوهشی مطالعات هند دانشگاه الزهرا(س) وبینار "نخستین نشست معرفی کتاب گروه پژوهشی مطالعات هند" را با هدف ارتقاء سطح علمی دانشجویان در زمینه مطالعات هند با حضور و سخنرانی مترجم اثر جناب آقای دکتر حجت اله جوانی عضو هیئت علمی گروه ادیان و عرفان دانشگاه الزهرا (س) و با حضور اساتید گرامی و انجمن علمی و دانشجویان سایر دانشگاه ها (با حضور 32 نفر از علاقمندان) در روز یکشنبه 12 دی ماه 1400 از ساعت13 الی 14:30 در فضای ال ام اس برگزار کرد.

در این جلسه جناب آقای دکتر حجت اله جوانی در ابتدا به معرفی گروه پژوهشی مطالعات هند و فعالیت های گروه پژوهشی با هدف شناخت ظرفیت‌های دینی، فکری و تاریخی هند در حوزه ادیان، تاریخ و فلسفه به منظور تعاملات علمی- پژوهشی با نهادهای دانشگاهی داخل و خارج کشور پرداختند. در این جلسه جناب آقای دکتر حجت اله جوانی مترجم کتاب گاندی اثر بیکهو پارخ به بررسی و تشریح کتاب و سوالات مطرح شده توسط دانشجویان و علاقه مندان در زمینه علت انتخاب کتاب گاندی برای ترجمه، ترجیح این کتاب بر کتاب های دیگر در خصوص شناخت گاندی، ضرورت شناخت متفکرانی نظیر گاندی و اهمیت چنین آثاری پرداختند، در ادامه به بررسی محتوا و مضمون کتاب و سرفصل های مطرح پرداخته شد. مهاتما گاندی اثر بیکهو پارخ توسط انتشارات آکسفورد چاپ شده است. این کتاب دارای سه ویژگی مهم و چشمگیر است: توصیف منظم و منسجمی از گاندی و اندیشه های او دارد. تحلیل توصیف های مطرح که پیوند بین اجزای فکر یک نظریه‌پرداز مشهود است. نقادی کتاب که نویسنده، دیدگاه های گاندی را نقادانه مورد بررسی و چالش قرار داده است. جناب آقای دکتر جوانی به تشریح و توصیف شخصیت تاثیرگذار مهاتما گاندی در تاریخ هند و معرفی فصول کتاب در ادامه پرداختند شخصیت‌هایی نظیر گاندی قابل مطالعه، بررسی و پژوهش اند. ارزش و اهمیت شخصیت‌هایی چون گاندی در وقف خودشان برای بشریت بوده است. مهاتما گاندی رهبر سیاسی و معنوی هند بود که ملت هند را در راه آزادی از استعمار امپراتوری بریتانیا رهبری کرد. او در طول زندگیش استفاده از هر نوع ترور و خشونت را برای رسیدن به مقاصد رد می کرد. آقای دکتر جوانی رؤیای جامعه بدون خشونت و نگاه نقادانه گاندی به دنیای مدرن را از مؤلفه‌های ممتاز اندیشه‌های گاندی مطرح کردند، گاندی جنبش عدم خشونت را مطرح کرد که بر بسیاری از جنبش‌های مقاومت بدون خشونت در سراسر جهان و تا امروز تاثیر گذاشته است.

In this meeting, Dr. Hojjatollah Javani first introduced the Research Group of Indian Studies and the activities of the research group with the aim of recognizing the religious, intellectual and historical capacities of India in the field of religions, history and philosophy for scientific-research interactions with domestic and foreign universities. A book critique in which the author critically examines and challenges Gandhi's views. Dr. Javani described the influential character of Mahatma Gandhi in the history of India and introduced the chapters of the book. Characters such as Gandhi can be studied, studied and researched. The value and importance of personalities like Gandhi has been in their devotion to humanity. Mahatma Gandhi was the political and spiritual leader of India who led the Indian nation to freedom from colonial rule in the British Empire, he throughout his life rejected the use of any kind of terror and violence to achieve his goals. Dr. Javani highlighted Gandhi's dream of a nonviolent society and his critical view of the modern world as a hallmark of Gandhi's ideas. Gandhi introduced the nonviolent movement that has influenced many nonviolent resistance movements around the world to this day.
